I am grateful to be offering in person counselling sessions downtown in Market Square every Wednesday from a serene and welcoming space.
I believe that people in all identities and bodies deserve mental health care that celebrates and honours their full beings. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space of care where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with trust and ease.

Its no secret that the quality of our relationships has a profound impact on our health and well-being. Together we can explore how to empower you to understand your own needs, communicate effectively, and navigate relationship dynamics with confidence and resilience.
The world is changing rapidly, and the constant stream of troubling news can feel overwhelming. I provide support for those grappling with social justice issues, burnout, and climate stress, helping you navigate these intense times, build resilience, and find ways to stay grounded amidst the chaos.
Life changes are inevitable and can be overwhelming, but they don't have to be faced alone. Counselling can support you to navigate the transitions by allowing space for you to explore the deeper layers of your experience, and equipping you with practical tools to manage stress and anxiety.
