I am currently accepting waitlist clients. The typical wait time is 1–2 months. If you’d like to be added, please use the Waitlist Form. I’ll be in touch as soon as a space becomes available.
I believe that people in all identities and bodies deserve mental health care that celebrates and honours their full beings. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space of care where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with trust and ease.
My approach is down-to-earth, straightforward, and kind. I draw on a combination of talk therapy, somatic tools and resourcing, and a transpersonal lens that honours the whole self - body, mind, spirit, and community.
John Prine

Relationships invite both growth and challenge. My work supports you in understanding your attachment patterns, clarifying your needs, and developing skills for healthy communication and boundaries, creating space for more fulfilling and authentic connection.

Growth begins with awareness. Counselling offers space to explore your inner world, meet yourself with compassion, and work through patterns that keep you feeling stuck. This process fosters a deeper connection to yourself and greater alignment in how you live and relate.

Work and leadership can be deeply meaningful, and at times, overwhelming. My approach supports reflection on your values, boundaries, and motivations, while helping you navigate change, burnout, and the emotional demands of responsibility with greater clarity and balance.
