This consultation will provide us an opportunity to meet, discuss your goals and needs, and to see if we are a good fit to work together.

• Offered virtually via secure video platform 
• Available for adults (18+)
• Sliding scale options may be available — please inquire if you have a genuine financial need.
   

I offer couples counselling that includes both joint and individual support for each person in the relationship. This approach allows space to explore shared dynamics as well as each partner’s individual experience and growth.

Sessions are offered virtually and include:

• 55-minute couples sessions
• 55-minute individual sessions for each partner
