Couples Counselling
$200
I offer couples counselling that includes both joint and individual support for each person in the relationship. This approach allows space to explore shared dynamics as well as each partner’s individual experience and growth.
Sessions are offered virtually and include:
- 55-minute couples sessions
- 55-minute individual sessions for each partner
